Gary Lee is the Head of Training Development of Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group (AKLTG) Pte. Ltd. He focuses on many aspects of training which includes recruitment and training new trainers and  developing new programs while enhancing the existing flagship programs programmes like the “I Am Gifted, So Are You!™” and the “SuperKids™” training programs conducted by the company. As the company’s youngest Master Trainer of the mainstay programs conducted by Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group (AKLTG) Pte. Ltd., Gary has trained participants regionally in countries including Malaysia, Singapore and India. His core competencies include developing academic excellence and personal empowerment for children, adolescents and adults, given his background in program programme development, NLP, therapy, leadership and brain based learning.

Combining enthusiasm with a dynamic speaking style and an energetic presence, Gary has been involved in Accelerated Learning programs programmes and motivational methodologies since the age of 15. Having years of extensive experience with countless adolescents and children with learning disabilities and childhood traumas, he certainly has his unique way of getting them to believe more in themselves and to overcome the odds in order to be the best they can be.

As a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ (NLP) and accredited MBTI® (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) facilitator, Gary coaches numerous people in the adult programs that AKLTG has under its wing. Today, he mentors working professionals to reignite their motivation and families to improve their communication at work and at home. As a certified therapist under NGH and IACT, Gary also helps troubled teenagers and adults to overcome various difficulties in life.

Once a below average student, Gary used the strategies and methodologies that he shares today to catapult himself to the top 5% in his Secondary School. Gary has since graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Computer Science. While studying in NUS till 2004, he balanced his time between his academic and rigorous career life effectively. Currently, Gary is pursuing postgraduate studies in the field of therapy to further enhance his repertoire of skills to help troubled individuals. He was also personally trained under many other gurus in their own specialized fields including NLP™ Master Trainer, Dr. Tad James, creator of Timeline Therapy™, in the United States, Dr. George Bein and Eric Jensen, author and pioneer of many well-known brain based learning materials and programs programmes.

He is also a director of a learning company and has two more companies building in the pipelines.  Juggling his time between management, entrepreneurship and training, Gary has touched the lives of more than 100,000 students inspiring them to act on their dreams and to see the greatness that surrounds them. Some of the educational institutions that Gary has worked with are Cedar Girls’ Secondary, Fairfield Methodist Secondary, Bedok North Secondary, Fuchun Secondary, Keming Primary, Chongzheng Primary and Crescent Girls’ Secondary just to name a few.
