From a parental point of view, I am of the opinion that the program is probably the best investment any parent can give to a child at her tender age. We are deeply impressed and touched with your concern for all the children with your follow up mails.
Li Kheng developed a flu during the programme and because of that, we have excused her from starting whatever she has learnt immediately. We have seen small character improvements in her, however, we are now a little concerned as she has not started to applying the tools taught to her since recuperating recovering from her illness. What action do you recommend that we can take? We feel that it is important for her that she to start as soon as she can but we want her to do it on her free will rather than we enforcing it upon her. Would it be possible for you to drop her an email to encourage her? We have from our past experience learnt that our suggestions and encouragement are usually viewed as "orders" to be obeyed in the short-term and forgotten in the long-term..

I am really excited to see the transformation in Soon Chuen after attending the “I Am Gifted, So Are You” camp. I have not seen him being so motivated previously. He was very focused in accomplishing “The 36-Hour Action Plan”. In fact, he stayed up late on Friday night (after returning home from the graduation ceremony) to put up all the motivational posters. He managed to complete all the required actions 12 hours ahead of his target. The camp has definitely unlocked an aspect of Soon Chuen which we have never seen before. For this, I am very grateful. Such was the impact of his transformation that his sister, Hui Zhen, was influenced into registering for the “Superkids” camp (we look forward to similar, if not greater, transformation).
As mentioned in your mail, the test/challenge would be to sustain this very this behavioural change is sustainable. I am really glad to read that you have & will be sending words of encouragement to Soon Chuen personally to help with the sustainability issue.
I look forward to communicating with you further.

"It has moved me and I can see it has motivated my children."

"The whole program is very enlightening - the personal stories of the trainers really encouraged the students. I don't see the three days as wasting curriculum time because the skills they learnt over the three days can see them through all the way to the later part of their education. I see it as a long term benefit."
